1. The classes can be accessed on Windows, Android, and iOS devices. (The CFR classes can be accessed only on Windows or Android devices in recorded mode only).

2. Viewing is limited to 1.5 times the video duration. For example, a 100-minute video can be watched for a total of 150 minutes. After your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. It will include all the details about accessing your classes, including instructions, app links, and other necessary information.

Note: The course validity will be counted from the date of device registration, not from the date of course purchase. Please ensure that you register your device before you can start watching the classes.

3. Hard copy books will be delivered to your doorstep. Expected delivery time is 10 Working Days.

4. Books tracking details will be sent to your email on the next day of purchase. If you buy a class today, you’ll receive the tracking details tomorrow (except in rare cases). You can track your parcel anytime in the Tracking section on our website.
